1. Change of Mind Returns We offer a 14-day return policy for change of mind. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in its original, unopened packaging with all seals intact.
  • The item must be unused and in resellable condition.
  • You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please note: For change of mind returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

2. Damaged or Faulty Items Safety is our number one priority. In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or faulty:

  • Please email us at info@bamboosprout.com.au within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Include photos of the damage and the shipping box.
  • We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

3. Wrong Address Please double-check your address at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and the parcel is returned to us, a re-delivery fee may apply.
